Products and Pricing

  • All product prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable charges as displayed on the product page.
  • We make every effort to show accurate product images, descriptions and prices. In the rare case of a pricing error on an order, we will contact you before dispatching.
  • Product availability is subject to stock. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement or arrange a refund.

Placing an Order

You may place an order online through the product page or checkout, or through our WhatsApp order button. By placing an order you confirm that the name and delivery details you provide are accurate.

Payment

Tuliboo currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD). No advance payment is required. Payment is made to our delivery partner when the product reaches you, after you have inspected it as described in our Returns Policy.

Delivery and Shipping

We deliver nationwide through our courier partners. Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are stated in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Please see our Returns Policy for details on returns, exchanges and refunds. Acceptance of delivery and full payment of the courier charge constitutes final acceptance of the product.

Use of the Store

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to breach its security, or use any content for unauthorised commercial purposes.
