Processing Time

Orders are confirmed and packed within 24–48 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation by phone or SMS.

Delivery Time

Deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery Areas and Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120
• Chattogram City: ৳90

Delivery charges are final and shown clearly before you confirm your order at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We deliver with Cash on Delivery. You may inspect the product in front of the delivery agent before making payment. No advance payment is required to place an order.

Order Tracking

After dispatch we share a tracking ID with you. You can view your order status and delivery progress on the order tracking page on our website.

Delivery Confirmation

Please verify the product and your order details (product, size, quantity) before paying the delivery agent. Once you accept the delivery and pay, the order is considered complete as described in our Returns Policy.

Missed Delivery

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation of the order.
